Making stock

  1. My first batch of stock was successful. I made a beef stock and in turn made beef barley soup. Everythig turned out great. The only thing that I would do different is try the cheese cloth method of straining the stock. My soup had just a tad too much oil/greese. Other than that, my family loved it.

  2. Was that your first time making broth? Broth freezes well, also. You can actually make it and keep it for future dishes to cut down on time. Happy that your family liked it!
